The SCM200A-type program-controlled double-end grinding machine is a new generation of automatic CNC grinding machine newly developed by our factory, which is the necessary main equipment for the production of standard samples for mechanical testing of various rock ores, concrete and other non-metallic solids. The machine adopts humanized tablet input, and the grinding process is monitored throughout the process, making it easier to grind samples. Enter the parameter settings on the display, and the system will precession into the work, and return when the set size is reached. This machine is composed of a machine base worktable, a grinding power head stepper motor system, a PLC, an LCD screen, electronic components, a system control device, a measurement system, etc., which can be operated with one key and completed automatically.
