The SCQ-300C stone cutting machine is one of our factory's series of stone cutting machines, which uses diamond disc blades to cut and sample various non-metallic solids. It is particularly suitable for cutting and sampling various rock ores, building concrete, and refractory bricks, and is an essential equipment for sample preparation in petroleum, geology, coal, metallurgy, construction, transportation, and university research departments.

Instructions for Use:
1. Connect the three-phase power supply to the air switch connector.
2. Press the start button, and then immediately press the stop button to make the diamond saw blade rotate in the direction indicated by the arrow.
3. Connect the tap water cooling pipe with sufficient pressure.
4. Hold the workpiece firmly on the workbench, push the workbench to bring the workpiece close to the cutter, and then slowly cut into the test block. The cutting speed should be 40-60 mm cutting depth per minute. Cut faster if the test block is soft or thin, otherwise, proceed slowly.
Precautions:
1. The saw blade must rotate in the direction indicated by the arrow.
2. There must be sufficient pressure in the cooling water.
3. Slowly approach the test block with the saw blade; otherwise, a sudden impact can cause the saw blade to lose teeth or deform.
4. The guide rail must be flushed clean with water after each cut.
