Product Description:
Used for grinding both ends of cut specimens flat to produce high-precision specimens. This machine has two power grinding heads equipped with ￠ 200 diamond grinding wheels. Specimens are mounted on the workbench, which automatically reciprocates (adjustable speed) during operation. The grinding head can advance automatically or manually for grinding, with adjustable automatic advance speed. Compared to other sample preparation equipment, the grinding machine requires higher precision, so every detail must be well-executed. Especially for the grinding wheel feed, we use a manual grinding dovetail production method (precision grinding machine process), which differs from other manufacturers' ball screw transmissions.
