I. Overview

The SCQM-200/300 Program-controlled Rock Cutting and Polishing Machine is a new type of sample preparation equipment newly developed by our factory. It adopts programmable control and consists of a base, a rotating worktable, a grinding power head, a variable speed transmission system, a stepping motor, a programmable digital display control panel, a PLC, and other series of devices. The whole machine is easy to operate, all program actions can be operated on the digital display control panel, and can also be operated by buttons on the control panel. The performance is completely stable. It is widely used in colleges and universities, water conservancy and hydropower, geological minerals, transportation, construction and other departments. It is the ideal equipment for preparing thin sections in laboratories.
