I. Main Functions
This instrument is used for uniaxial and triaxial testing of rock samples. It studies the engineering properties of bedrock or surrounding rock under the load of engineering structures, providing a reliable scientific basis for geological assessment and engineering design.
II. Main Technical Indicators
1. Sample size: Φ50×H100㎜.
2. Axial load: 0~1000KN, hydraulic servo valve control, load cell measurement, accuracy error ≤±0.2%F.S.
3. Axial stroke: 0~200㎜, rate: 0.01~6㎜/min,
4. Confining pressure: 0~30MPa (hydraulic), hydraulic servo control, pressure sensor measurement, accuracy error ≤±0.2%F.S.
5. Sample deformation: Strain gauge measurement, accuracy error ≤±1%F.S.
6. Industrial control computer: Synchronous data acquisition, processing and saving.
7. System working time: (continuous long-term).
8. Oil source used: 46# high-definition clean and wear-resistant hydraulic oil.
9. Power supply: AC380V, 50HZ.
