I. Introduction
This machine adopts an integrated structure of the host and hydraulic system, which is compact and exquisite. It adopts hydraulic loading and electronic force measurement, with functions such as loading rate display and peak holding, and is equipped with a miniature printer.
II. Hydraulic System
The hydraulic oil in the oil tank is driven by the motor and high-pressure pump into the oil circuit, flows through the return oil valve, and enters the cylinder. The force gauge collects and analyzes data through the sensor, displays the real-time force value, and the tester controls the flow rate through the oil supply valve to achieve the speed of the test force.
III. Force Measurement System
● Manually adjust the return oil valve for simple and flexible operation;
● Has a maximum load peak holding function;
● Has a dynamic display function of loading rate;
● Has a random test report of test date, number, breaking load, compressive strength, etc.

IV. Safety Protection Device
When the test force exceeds 3% of the maximum test force, overload protection, the oil pump motor stops.
