II. Equipment Overall Performance Description:
1. The main castings of the JLKS-300 machine tool, such as the column, bed, and worktable, adopt a box-type or near box-type structure. After aging treatment and manual scraping and finishing, they are beautiful in appearance, reasonable in structure, and have good rigidity. The wire frame adopts widened and thickened ductile iron material to ensure that the machine tool does not deform. The mechanical transmission part adopts semi-automatic lubrication, the guide rail adopts precision linear guide rail, precision ball screw, and key parts adopt imported P4 precision bearings.
2. The wire guide wheel and wire storage cylinder are made of imported polyurethane, which has the characteristics of wear resistance and easy replacement after wear. The machine tool adopts a flexible pneumatic tensioning method to keep the diamond wire in a constant tension state (our company's invention patent). The product cutting surface is flat, smooth, and free of chipping. The wire diameter can be ф0.5mm~0.8mm diamond crystal material cutting processing, low noise, and no pollution.
3. The multifunctional crystal material cutting machine tool adopts computer programming control and automatic tracking processing running trajectory function, frequency conversion of wire speed, and has wire breakage alarm and power failure memory automatic protection function. The crystal material cutting CNC automatic programming software system is a highly intelligent graphical interactive software system. Through simple and intuitive drawing tools, the shape of the part to be cut is depicted; according to the process requirements, the depicted graphics are arranged and processed. Then, it is processed by the system into a processing program of a certain format.
The JLKS-350 crystal material cutting control system is a wire cutting control system based on the Linux platform. Users use the software to draw the processing graphics according to the processing drawings, generate two-dimensional data for wire cutting processing, and perform part processing; in the processing process, this system can intelligently control the processing speed and processing parameters to complete the processing control of different processing requirements. This method of processing in a graphical way is an organic combination of CAD and CAM systems in the field of wire cutting.
The system has convenient operation functions such as cutting adaptive control, real-time display of cutting progress, and processing preview. At the same time, it provides complete protection for various faults (power failure, system crash, etc.).
Hardware Aspects:
The hardware of the JLKS-350 crystal material cutting CNC automatic programming software system is composed of a fully independently developed embedded dedicated system. The dedicated main chip has a high frequency of 800MHz, and special optimization processing has been carried out for large data calculation.
After the optimization of the entire system hardware, the power consumption is extremely low, only about 5W. It is sealed by a dedicated fully enclosed aluminum box, and the stability is high and the performance is excellent in harsh cutting processing environments.
