Preparatory work before starting

Select the appropriate drill bit or drill bit according to the material being drilled. 2. Adjust the appropriate speed according to the material being drilled. If the speed is too fast, the hot low-melting-point material will soften, and if the speed is too slow, the soft material will stick. 3. Determine the feed rate of the drilling rig according to the drilling depth and diameter. 4. The drilling rig is high-speed rotating feed, and safety protection should be paid attention to. 5. Pay attention to ensuring the sharpness of the drill bit. It is necessary to regularly grind the drill bit or replace the drill bit. 6. The drilling rig shaft should be lubricated regularly.
